We just had Canasta at our local bar The Office in concord and I couldn't be any happier. The service from Jose was top notch. The food was just as good
Canasta Food Truck was at my apartment complex on Friday. The guy who took my order was friendly and gave good recommendations. I was deciding between the fish tacos and a burrito (can't remember which one), and went with the fish tacos per his suggestion. The fish tacos were amazing! Fish was fried but not super greasy. The chips and salsa were also great and I even had some salsa left over for a scramble I made a few days later. Staff were wearing masks and made the food quickly so people weren't crowding around/able to main 6 feet distance. Really the best fish tacos I've had this year and look forward to ordering from Canasta in the future (whether at my apartment complex or on Doordash)!
Food Truck was in our neighborhood today, lucky us! We ordered Street Tacos and a Burrito. The pork in both was tender, juicy, and flavorful. We were both pleased with our meals. The cooks were friendly and skilled! When we see you in the school parking lot next time, we'll be ordering again!
Most if not everyone born in or living in California for even a short period of time finds themselves presented with the opportunity to dine at thousands of Mexican eateries but very few offer Flautas that I would kill for. I've enjoyed this truck far too many times for me to even count and have never been disappointed, they are quick, wholesome, and most importantly they taste good and serve good portions for the price. A truck you dont want to avoid, dont worry about being let down, you got nothing to lose but hunger. Great customer service, very professional staff. Thank you!
I was at Cleophus Quealy Beer Company and they had the Canasta Food truck posted outside their Business. I built an appetite drinking Micro Brews so I stepped outside to the Canasta Food truck . I ordered 2 Street Tacos one Pork the other Chicken and a Combination Pork & Chicken Burrito . My Food was ready in Ten Minutes . The portion sizes were good. Meat was Tender and Flavorful . The Burrito was tightly wrapped and well constructed . The Salsa was on point nice and tangy. I would definitely get food from the Canasta Truck again . Service was Friendly and Good.
